Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are between 2–5 working days.
Local Pick-Up
We offer free local pick-up from Botany, East Auckland.
If you select local pick-up at checkout, once your order has been confirmed and is ready for collection, please contact us via our Instagram page to arrange a collection date and time. Collection details and instructions will be provided once a collection date and time has been confirmed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Nyra Jewels is not responsible for parcels that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before they are dispatched. Once your parcel has been handed over to NZ Post, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. Nyra Jewels is not responsible for parcels that are damaged, lost, or delayed during transit. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
