Shipping policy
At Nyra Jewels, we are committed to ensuring your order is carefully packaged and delivered as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, product launches, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped via NZ Post.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking details will be provided via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are between 2-5 working days.
Local Pick-Up
We offer free local pick-up from Botany, East Auckland.
If you select local pick-up at checkout, we will contact you with the collection address and instructions once your order has been confirmed. To arrange a collection time please send us a DM on our Instagram page after placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Nyra Jewels is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before they are dispatched. Once your parcel has been handed over to NZ Post, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. Nyra Jewels is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, or delayed during transit. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
